RC Gold

Overview

The 100% owned RC Gold Project is a reduced intrusion related gold system (RIRGS) located in the Tombstone Gold Belt in the Yukon Territory, Canada (Figure 1). The property consists of a contiguous land package consisting of 2,169 mineral claims covering approximately 431 square kilometres, encompassing 11 known gold-bearing intrusions with two deposits discovered to date (Figure 2). The project has excellent infrastructure. It is road accessible only a 2-hour drive from Dawson City where a 5,000 foot paved runway and international airport can accommodate jet transport. The Klondike Highway and Yukon power grid are located within 30 kilometres of the project. All necessary permits for exploration have been obtained.

Two deposits discovered in 2021 led to an initial resource estimate consisting of an inferred pit-constrained resource of 1.34 million ounces of gold with a grade of 0.68 g/t gold announced in January 2023 (Table 1). The higher-grade Blackjack deposit consists of 900,000 ounces at a grade of 0.83 g/t gold based on 7,492 metres of drilling in 22-holes. Continued drilling at the project focused on expanding the Blackjack deposit with approximately 14,000 metres of additional drilling intersecting significant mineralization including numerous +100 gram-metre intersections beyond the limits of the initial resource. The most recent results include hole DDRCCC-24-068 which contained over 40 instances of visible gold and from surface assayed 1.04 g/t Au over 678.1m including 93.0m of 2.57 g/t Au starting at 589.5m depth. The results at the Blackjack demonstrate the potential for higher grades within the large, bulk-tonnage mineralized system that underlies the project.

The recent acquisition of key claims covering the southern portion of the CCIC in June, 2024 (Figure 3) has completed the amalgamation of the Clear Creek Gold District. The southern portion of the CCIC contains several high-priority exploration targets that have received limited historical drilling and have produced significant drill intersections including: 1.87 g/t Au over 42.6 metres (Bear Paw), 20.46 g/t Au over 10.7 metres (Contact), 1.20 g/t Au over 10.0 metres (Pukelman) and 1.03 g/t Au over 67.1 metres (Rhosgobel). Initial diamond drilling consisting of 2 holes on each of the Rhosgobel and Pukelman intrusions reported visible gold from the drilling at Rhosgobel.
